Fall is my favorite season. Luxurious wools, sumptuous cashmeres, come hither boots, buttery leathers, and oh? Did I say boots?
For me, Fall is a time for renewal of fashion, a time to fall in love all over again with fashion. With that, falling in love with new items is what my closet is lusting for. Being that my style is somewhat Boho Luxe- relaxed and soft with a sophistication, this Fall season is mines for the taking- once it cools down in Southern California!
Here are my top five for Fall that I am lusting for:
The Aviator Jacket-
Buttery leather, tailored to my curves, trimmed with fur. I’d prefer mines in a Cognac color with an off white trim please! I would pair this with skinny jeans and boots- or paired with a maxi and flat riding boots- this jacket is number one on my list.
Over the Knee Boots
Nothing oozes sexy like over the knee boots. However, finding boots for these wide calves and wide feet is a task amongst itself, yet THEY EXIST. Worn with jeggings, tights, or short dresses, these boots are most def made for walking!
Sequins- both black and gold
Every woman loves a bit of drama. With events, holiday parties, and gatherings, sequins fit the bill. Matte or full-fledged glam, you can be sure heads will turn in this look! A mid-thigh dress in a multimedia mix off glitz and glam is just what my closet is lusting for!
Jersey Maxi Dress
Understated sophistication with effortless layers, a long sleeved jersey maxi dress in an olive or heathered grey paired with a classic denim jacket and cross body satchel is just what the doctored ordered for my curves. Once I get my hands on this, this dress will become my fall staple item.
Sexy Ankle Boots
It has been a while since I delved into the ankle boot trend, and that was only worn with my pants covering them. Revisited, these booties are a great alternative to the daintiness of heels. While I love a feminine look, nothing beats a clash of masculine and feminine, hard and soft- all to give the look its own personality.
These are my favorite five for Fall although creating my list took a lot of thought. I love so much and so many things! While these are my favorite five things for Fall, I have to ask you, what are yours?
